I had a family like that once, but they would wait till almost 10:00pm to call. So when I revised my policy I put in there that I had to know what the next weeks schedule was before 8:00pm on Sun. & if I did not know what it was I would not take them on Monday. I also had to add all sorts of other rules all due to this 1 family. My policy went from 7 pages to 12. So glad I no longer have them.
