This is NOT a joke! She is in the wrong, not me! She is not a 24/7 provider but she is a in home daycare provider and it is a business! I am allowed in the house anytime I need to be! Daycare providers are not allowed to smoke or to drink! They care for children! Providers don't have "personal" or "me" time where they can do whatever they want!! Why wouldn't the cops or department of humans services be involved in this?
