# 1- The only "out of country" cards we have is Canadians, and so far only 3 Canadians, the rest are all in the US, so shipping should not be an issue. I think to give an account for a week for US cards, and 2 weeks for Canadian cards, sending your cards by the first week of December should be plenty of time. Mail is slower during the holidays!
