I have not tried yet - but would like to! I follow a blog called "100 days of real food" she makes some wonderful muffin that freeze well. My favorite are the applesauce/carrot muffins.

Yes! they do
I usually whip them up super quick in the AM or during nap. The parents always comment how good it smells when they are baking.
