I get that it’s developmentally normal, but I would absolutely terminate a habitual biter. I do what’s best for my group, and a biter isn’t good for my group. I can’t imagine telling the parents of a repeated bitee that it’s normal toddler behavior.
That’s just me personally....I’m not willing to risk it.
