Well I did it, she was understanding and agreed that a smaller group would probably be better. I feel bad but after today I know it is the right thing for my group. One of my DCM commented today (not knowing about the term) that as soon as he gets close to one of the kids they tense up and get defensive and almost immediately start to scream for him to not get close. He had walked up to a boy who was eating snack and started grabbing his food and throwing it on the floor. The next mom asked me if he had a diagnosis of autism because DCB goes home and tells mom he is mean everyday. I am hoping they will not bring them the majority of the next 2 weeks, They are scheduled for 6 days for sure but 4 of those dad might not have to work. I really believe that he has SPD and the noise and having 10 kids around is just too much for him.
