All of my parents showed up for pick-up at the same time today. I sighed and prepared for the ambush...
YKWIM, kids running amuck, parents catching up for 20 minutes in the driveway in full view of the kids before coming to the door, etc...
All came directly to the door, lined up politely, had cash in hand
, said quick good-byes and left.
I stood there for a moment stunned and looked up for the pig, then it occurred to me....
It is FRIDAY!!!! The short week threw me off a bit, but I am back now....
To think I was making pancakes in the morning... Momma don't cook on Saturdays.
