I'm between accountants right now (just dumped a not-so-good-at-daycare one), so I am hoping someone here can shed some light on this. Can we, as business owners - and basically single employees - have a flex plan for ourselves? Can we get our own dental benefits, etc.?

My husband has benefits, but an additional flex plan would be wonderful, maybe a second dental plan, although I'd have to see if that actually is cost effective.

It seems like we should be able to set these things up, but I didn't know since a lot of us are a business owner with only one employee - us.
