It makes a huge difference.
Theirs is an unpleasant job that pays poorly and puts a lot of wear and tear on their personal vehicles.
I am just glad ours seems to have stop hiring retired tenured school teachers who are used to living way above our pay scale. Expecting a $100,000 environment at $20,000 resources was insulting. We do well with what we have but with those attitudes, nothing was ever good enough.
My last two inspectors have been amazing. I have yet to meet my new one.
