she asked me for a raise and this is what I told her.

Here is what needs to be done each week, you already know this. check it off daily have been sign it and if you do I will give you a bonus. If you don't do it, I owe you nothing extra. So far she has not earned a bonus.

It's her choice....

I already sent her the schedule and just said that these shifts were required and that if she could not work she needed to let me know asap. I have not heard anything back.
