Thanks for all the advice. I did have a talk with her that other day and she is going to pay his portion. She is then going to take it to the divorce court and try to get it back along with the child support payments his owes her. Thankfully she is a woman of her word and has already given me money towards it. That will be the first and last time I ever let someone do this to me. It's just not worth it.
