Aww...Thanks, guys!!

Most of it is easy to make in advance and freeze. That is my ultimate goal.

I store/freeze everything in oven safe tin catering dishes with lids (think party supply store ) so I can just toss them in the fridge to thaw the night before and reheat in the morning to be ready in time for lunch.

The waffles, biscuits, muffins, croissants, popovers and pancakes freeze well, too. I toss the Belgium waffles into the toaster and they come out crisp and fresh for a fraction of the cost of Ego's. The rest go on a cookie sheet for reheating/browning.
