"Due to the amount of time it takes to interview, enroll and integrate a new child into my program I require a two week notice per child for anyone wishing to withdraw from the program. For example if you have 2 children, you will need to provide a 4 week notice when wishing to end our child care services agreement."

So anyone new coming in just reads the rule in my handbook. I felt the need to explain to my current families though because it effected what they had already agreed to.

NO ONE complained and no one has ever had an issue with the rule.
