I am looking for an accredited person who would like to sublease some space to run a small day care in my building. It is almost 1200 sf located in Toledo OH. I am starting a new business with a Bouncy House FEC on the weekends and Exercise classes during the week. This space is its own room and would only be used by the subleasor.
