Make up a payment booklet for the year. Base it on the weeks in the month. If the week starts, say, on Sept 31st schedule the payment for that week included in Sept. So you would charge for 5 weeks in Sept. kwim?
I charge weekly. I don't except payments monthly cuz it just gets too confusing
