I have mentioned my 1.5 yr old DCB before who walks on his tippy toes. He has been to a specialist and there is nothing wrong with him...just tight muscles. The dr told DCM to massage his feet before bed and thats all that can be done right now.
Here is my problem: his shoes wont stay on his feet while we are outside. Because he is on his tippy toes (like barely on the ball of this foot at all) his heel pops out of the shoes after a couple steps and the shoe falls off. I cannot keep putting his shoes on every 5 steps...DCM is frustrated and doesn't know what to do. I tried goggle but all it came up with was shoes that prevent/help tip toe walking...
The issues is that we have a large cement patio. He is fine without shoes on the grass but not on the cement. He kinda drags one big toe and it scrapes raw and starts bleeding. Im about to resort back to the superyard to keep him on the grass but then that means crying/screaming the entire time we are outside

I'm hoping someone here has ideas. We have tried strapy sandals, boots, the converse that go up the ankles, no shoes with multiple pairs of socks (he will have holes in them within minutes and then his toe starts bleeding)..nothing stays on.
