So I recently raised my FT rate by $5 a week, dropped all of the discounts I was offering (sibling, prepaying monthly) and stopped charging a different rate based on age.
I stopped offering PT or drop-in completely, too. This only applies to new families, but two of mine are already FT and another dcf will be switching to FT this summer which will leave me with just one pt'er anyway.
Am I crazy? Does anyone else ONLY offer FT care?
