I would ask for a meeting then with director and teacher. YOU deserve to know exactly what they plan on doing to insure this doesn't happen again.
I can't even begin to imagine your anger. I mean, I have accidentally hurt kids before. Knocking into them or dropping things. And I felt so horrid. But to purposely pinch a child? Ugh.
