I keep track of what I serve in excel for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and supper if I have supper timers.
you ladies might like this, and it's super easy to make.... I make it in huge batches and freeze in single serving and family sized portions.
fry up bacon pieces w/ onion (cut into bite sized pieces)
add to cooked rice
dill, salt and pepper
I add a little scoop of butter because I LOVE BUTTER
mix all together and you've got bacon dill rice (basically the inside of a cabbage roll)
of course you can add anything else you like, like sausage, veggies etc, but I just like it bacon dill rice
