* I wanted to add that I teach them to eat Broccoli, Carrot Sticks and Cauliflower raw the same way I unwittingly taught my own toddlers to love fast food french fries.
I allow them to suck the dipping sauce off of them. True they won't eat much the first few times, but after a while they do.
* The Coconuts we add to our curriculum, like breaking geodes in the science portion...then we get to eat it for snack. Just a fun way to kick off a Summer weekend.
