Breakfast: organic apple juice (1oz), milk&water provided daily

1 Farina, Strawberries, crackers w/cream cheese
2 Rice porridge, strawberries, hard boiled egg, French toast
3 Oatmeal, banana, crackers w/tofu spread
4 Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, banana
5 Pancakes w/syrup, strawberries

Lunch milk, water, (hot kompot for snow days).

1 rice, fishburger, sliced tomato, cucumber, pepper)
2 mashed potato, chicken vegetable stew, oranges
3 spaghetti, beef vegetable stew, pineapple
4 Yellow rice, chicken in bean sauce
5 Raviolli, steamed vegetables

PM snack: kefir ( https://milkandeggs.com/products/kef...BoCligQAvD_BwE ), water

1 cereal bar, apple
2 mozzarella stick, grapes
3 pretzels, pear
4 crackers, tofu spread, vegetables (tomato, celery, cucumber)
5 veggie straws, applesauce
