Default Illness Exclusion

I need a really good letter to explain illness exclusion policy.
I don't like the hours rule and I need something that is going to spell it out in very clear language for parents that try to pull something.

I don't want kids with a fever here at all treated or not
I want them to be picked up 30 minutes from when I call
I want it to say if you dosed your kid and droped off you can't come back
I want it to be very clear that they are playing a lethal game. Sure a parent might lose a job, or lose vacation or get fired but do they want a dead kid on your hands.....I am sure they don't even care because hey it is not there kid and they are not in the middle of it. Oh wait but it is there kid that could die in your care because they made a poor judgement call.

I don't know something to that effect. I want to make a parent leave my care, I want them gone ......I don't want to say it but I want to piss them off and make them feel so guilty that they will think twice about doing it to the next daycare they go to. Man, I am so mad.

Does money mean more than a dead kid? Never-
