Exciting But Scary!
So I am looking into a family home facility license (for 12 kids). It looks like I can, I just need liability insurance (no, I don't have any right now, excuse me while I duck my head in shame) and a staff member.
Can anyone offer resources on hiring? I am mostly holding back because I am nervous about the initial investment (new materials and enough $ for the first month or two of paying staff just in case) of at least $1000 and then actually hiring someone. And I am afraid that they will be more difficult to handle than a typical 3 yo
