When you have to explain again to your teacher family clients that they have to pay whenever school is in session regardless of whether their kids will be here. You going to a conference and missing three days here while grandma comes to watch your kids doesn't equal me losing out on pay for three days for two kids. If I could afford to lose that amount of money no problem with a weeks notice, I probably wouldn't need to be watching children for money. You already get a great deal. Thank goodness she got the picture. I hate having to have confrontation.
