In fact... I did 3 different tiny sandwiches at my last party; I also made cream cheese & cucumber on Wheat bread (crust off & cut in quarters) and an Almond butter & jam on white (again crusts off & quartered - this was for the kids lol) Mini black bean & cheese enchiladas Baked spiced chick peas are a fast easy nibble Bacon & Apricot bites Spicy Watermelon salsa w/chips
