E-stove in the Basement

Hello i want to open a family daycare in basemant and i wan to know if is legal to have a big electric stove in the basemant. And basemant have two separate exit

I ran my daycare in the basement of my home and we had a galley kitchen - fridge, electric stove and a washer/dryer. It was formerly used as a rental apartment and I had no issues when we made it a daycare.

I am in Massachusetts, not sure what your state allows.

You would have to find out what your state or city allowed, sometimes it can even be based on a particular area in a city.

In general they tend to be much more lenient with electric than gas but definitely check licensing.
