Default Tom-Unemployment, Eidl, and PPP

If we file for unemployment can we also be approved for the Eidl or the PPP? How does one affect the other? I’m hearing conflicting information. Maybe they just can’t overlap?

You can get money from EIDL and PPP and file for unemployment. Nothing prevents you from applying. If you get one or more loans this may affect your unemployment benefits. There are no federal guidelines about this. It will depend on each state whether they treat the loans as income.
