Default Help I'm Stuck

I am in the middle of rewriting my extended leave and am stuck on something. total brainfart right now..

I charge by the week, not month....

Some months, have 4 pay periods some have 5. Like March (4), April (5)

So when writing in my extended leave policy, I have written that they are required to pay half of their monthly fees to hold their spot for up to six weeks.

So how should I write this since I charge weekly, not monthly?? Am I making this more difficult than I have to?

Uggh I have writers remorse right now........lol

Yes, phrase it as paying half the weekly fee and your problem will be fixed.

A month is 4.3 weeks so multiply their weekly rate by that.
