Do I call for the initial inspection when I'm ready or do they schedule it automatically. I have my orientation 2 in a few weeks. I'm just trying to figure everything out. We will be a husband wife team, location Indiana.
Do things move quickly after inspection?

I'm not sure about Indiana, but in Illinois, if we have turned in the paperwork, they will call us when they have processed everything.
