Do any of you use MMK? I'm just wondering if it's worth the cost.
If not, do you use another software program or just create your own record keeping?
Thanks!!!

I use MMK and I love it! I get it free through my food program? Are you on a food program? If so, you should check with them and see if they cover the cost of it. Even if they don't I think it would be totally worth the cost! It helps keep track of everything- attendance, child information, expenses, income, billing and more. It's a great program and I highly recommend it

I use excel. I would use MMK if my food program accepted it.
I use MMK (free through food program).
I just started exploring other areas of it. I really love it.

Minuet Menu Kids. Excellent software for record keeping. As far as I am aware, most food program sponsers give you the MMK software for free through their programs. If not, you can purchase it. It is a bit spendy but so worth it IMHO.

I use MMK too. I started using it because my food program offered the basic program for free and I liked it. I ended up upgrading to the paid membership so that I could invoice and accept payments from families online. Well worth the cost if you ask me. I love that it keeps track of attendance, meals, payments, invoices, and DC time spent. It figures out your time/space percentage for you based on your square footage, attendance and time spent doing business things when DC kids aren't there. When you enter in your receipts you determine whether you want it to calculate it by your time/space% or be 100% business detuctible etc.
