I am thinking about going to your style fee schedule rather than a specific pay "raise"

How do you figure it?

I currently charge $125 per week and I am open 7a-4:30p.

Will this work with the hours I am open?

How do you figure late pick up?

I bill according to pick-up time.

The later you pick up, the more your rate is.

I charge a flat weekly rate based on the total number of hours needed for care.

I don't give sibling discounts nor do I charge differently based on age or toileting abilities.

I charge a $1 per minute late fee for anything past the time contracted.

I have hours I am willing to open and hours I close but I don't just allow parents to use the entire day up just because I am here and they pay a flat daily rate.

The daily rate each parent has is based on their individual needs.
