What is my time space?

I have 2400 hours with children and 300 hours without children total of 2700 hours worked/ 8760 hours in a year.

My time percentage: 30.8%

I have 2128 shared footage and 834 exclusive usage total square footage is 2962.

I came up with 28.2% exclusive time/space percentage.
Shared space is 71.8%
Shared Space x Time Percent is 22.1%

Leaving me with a time/space percent of 50.3%

My tax lady on her computer entered my numbers and it said 58.98%

How are we so different?

Your numbers are correct. Ask your tax person where her numbers came from.
