So in about 6 months, I will be taking college classes that start at 4. These particular classes are not offered online. I don't really want to hire someone to work for just a few hours a week, but I don't really think the parents could get off work early a few days a week and I don't even want to ask them to do that! I really need these classes for my bachelors. Needing advice please :-) if I hire someone to work 3:30-5:30 maybe 2-3 days a week, how much should I pay an assistant. I really don't know if I could find someone to work 2 hours a day! Lol

I pay $15/hour for my help (when I can find it!). Perhaps you could find a local college student who could help? We're lucky enough to have a tech school with a childcare program-a great place to look for help!
