I am working on a new contract for the new year. I need help with wording please!
Right now I am not paid holidays or vacation. That is changing in 2015. Basically, I am changing to being paid 52 weeks a year except for when I have an emergency closure. I'm struggling for some reason with wording. I want it to be short and sweet with no gray area if possible. Thank you!!

"Beginning January 1, 2015, all rates will be based on enrollment and not on attendance or time used. This includes closures for holidays and provider vacations. The only exception will be unexpected emergency closures."
