Curriculum>How to determine the fees ?

Hi

I would like to start my own day care center here in Houston,TX by next academic year. Not home day care but more of a commercial one. Considering this, which one should be my first priority - Finding a place ?

If so what should be the minimum sq ft of space required to accomodate 100 kids approx. How to determine the fees etc.?

Would you all suggest not to provide food in center ( as I am scared of having to purchase kitchen equipments etc, & safety issues as well ) & maybe we can have some one to deliver the food - Is this a good idea ?

Please HELP

Thanks

Here are a couple of links that might be helpful.

Here is a link to the minimum standards for centers.
http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/document...2-10_rules.pdf

Page 135 says that you must have 30 square feet of indoor activity space per child.

I don't have much advice on the food. Seems like it might be expensive to have it brought in, but I don't know.

Good luck!!
