I may be having my first interview today, and outside of nervousness, I'm drawing many blanks on what to ask.
I have some ideas, but I feel like I'm missing alot.
Any suggestions?

ask about the chids routine, what time eat, sleep, diaper etc.
depending on the age of the child if it is an infant, I am not too good with those, but I would probably ask abut their nap schedule, if they can take a bottle completely, diapering, etc.
what kind of foods do they eat, any allergies?
I ask parents who the discipliner is and how does the child react when it happens.
I ask why the parents are looking for care and what they feel the hours will be for their child. I normally have already gone over most of this on the phone.
I normally tell them about my program, we start with breakfast, the transition to circle time, class time, divide into groups, etc. I have a schedule written on my wall, so everyone can see it.
I always ask about toileting, are they trained, etc.
I always ask if they went over my PHB, if not, I have a short sweet condensed version that I go over with them.
Just be yourself, smile and be confident.
you will do great... good luck
