My son attends a daycare in which I have seen the teachers in that institute mistreat children by verbalizing insults or being too harsh. Where do I begin to have the school evaluated?

Have you brought this to the attention of the director? I think that is where i would start. One thing i don't understand is when you see something or hear something that is not right, why wait to say anything, to anybody! If it was me, i would have said something right away to the teacher, director or anyone who would listen? I feel that this way it is addressed at the time of the incedent!
