My spouse is the only person listed as an owner of the daycare business. If I purchase supplies for the business can the IRS gig that in an audit? E.G. I purchase something off of Amazon and the invoice has my name instead of my spouse, she deducts it, will there be a problem?

Since you are married, it doesn't matter who pays for what. Anything you buy that is used in her business is deductible.
