I have the opportunity to purchase a small center and make it into an infant and toddler center (which is desperately needed in my area). I have been reading everything I can on my state's requirements to be a licensed center.
My biggest issue right now is writing a business plan. Has anybody written a childcare business plan I could possibly see? Or a website of an actual business plan, not just a website with questions to research?
Any other tips or advice on opening a new center are greatly appreciated!
