Hello,

I run my own daycare in a rental home in California since last 14 months

Now, I am eligible to apply for a larger daycare license and that needs larger place then current facility. I am thinking to buy a house to start my bigger day care. I wanted to get ideas on what all should i keep in mind in choosing an ideal home location for my daycare to do good business - example near large residential apartments or near elementary schools etc

Thank you so much for reading this & pooling in your ideas!

Fo me, getting a home with a large enough plot of land to keep from having neighbor disputes was a priority. Even with 7 acres, some new neighbors will try to meddle from time to time. Consider traffic, noise, privacy and grade of the land. The rest can be renovated to meet your needs over time. Purchase a bad lot and you are stuck.
