I know rates here are crap compared to most areas. And I know I'm pretty thrifty.. But how in the heck can someone feed a child on $40 a week??

Lol, I saw an ad near me a few weeks back of a very illiterate man offering daycare for "$10 per day" because he "luvs" children..... I reported it immediately and my heart hurt for anyone who might have actually contacted that creepo!

You can't feed a child on that. At least not a decent meal. Maybe they eat beans and rice? Actually, in reality, they probably eat frozen processed crap.

She could have said $150 and I still would be scared of that ad. The wide open availability, the do not call unless you're serious... seriously SCARED!

Crap food? ramen noodles? Gets foodstamps and works under the table?

Doesn't say she feeds them! Ha! Hopefully she does. Maybe all they get at lunch is a hot dog and water. I don't know.....can't even imagine this is a possibility!

Twenty five years ago I charged $40.00 a week for one full time child, plus I was on the food program.
