Daycare Center and Family Home Forum>10mo - 30 Minute Nap?!

My daughter, 10 months old, is only napping for 30 minutes each day now during business hours. She wakes up anywhere from 7:15-8:30 to start the day and join the other children here and the other children leave by 5:30. The most she has taken this past week was one 30 minute nap and one 10 minute nap. She then just stands up in her pack n play screaming off and on or sits there putting her paci in and out in and out and THEN goes to screaming and crying (i have a video monitor on her). Someone has to have some tips. She is only sleeping about 10 hours a night, waking once or twice most nights, and this has got to be very little sleep for someone her age.

Maybe but it is out of control.

She has 4 teeth already (top 2, bottom 2) and wasn't like this. Now she's just crazy.

If you don't go to get her, will she just keep crying or will she eventually fall back asleep?
I have a 10 month old dcb who won't nap more than 20 minutes. Today I put him in a room by himself and put the monitor on him, he wakes up & cries for about 10 minutes on & off and then falls back asleep.

I have a new 10 month old who does this. She slept for an hour & 15 mins the other day but the rest of the week has been 30-40 min naps. She woke up after 20 min today and I patted her back and got her to sleep with about 10 mins of off and on fussing. She's been asleep for another 30 mins so 50 mins total so far.
