Default Hazardous Protection Plan

Hi All,

I'm Applying for my home childcare license, and in doing so I need a hazard protection plan but I have know clue how it looks or what's in it, can some1 help me out and send me some examples of a hazard plan, and also does any1 no where u can take classes that r free of charge 2 get the 15 hr credits u need 2 get ur license, thanks much for ur help, I Truly appreciate it 😉
