I found a recipe and think I'll try it. Has anyone done this before?

it sounds really interesting...will you post the recipe and your results?

I tossed them with olive oil and a bit of brown sugar, baked in a single layer at 350 for about 40 minutes. I then tossed with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
I thought they were great.
Only one out of 7 kids liked them. The babies picked a while, my 2 y.o. son ate a bunch and proclaimed them "nummy". My daughter, 4, who usually likes most everything didn't like them and the other two preschoolers are picky anyway.
I thought the sugar/cinnamon would be help seal the deal. I saw other recipes using chili powder type spices.
oh well.
Guess I'll be snacking on these for a while, lol

I roast them all the time, but I do savory not sweet. I use garlic power and paprika, or lawry's salt, a bit of olive oil and roast. yum.

I may try them again savory but I don't have high expectations from this group. I'd make them for my family though.
Good thing beans are cheap...
edit: I wonder if they'd eat homemade hummus if I made some? That would be awesome.
