Neither. I use vinager, water and lemon juice. Kills 99% bacteria on serfaces and completely safe.

It depends on what I am disinfecting. For diaper table, eating surfaces, sinks and restrooms I use a bleach solution. It is the only legal option for licensed daycare.

Bleach and water mix. It is the preferred method from our licensing agency. Also guaranteed to kill viruses and bacteria.
