I am getting ready to hire a part-time employee for 4-6 hours per week. What all do I need to know?
I have no idea where to begin for taxes, workman's comp, etc.
Does anyone have an employee handbook and contract I could take a look at?

I would recommend a consultation with a local CPA who does business accounting. He'll know the City/ County stuff that people in the area get wrong most often.
