This lady actually made a post in our off topic section I believe. I know she's on here somewhere.

I absolutely cannot believe they ruled against her. That's just Complete BS! 14 months old and sleeps for 6 hours a day and a restrictive diet? I'd suspect abuse too. I just can't beliece

With the little I know (didn't watch every video) I would have likely called also. I know here in the US, we HAVE to or we get in legal issues. I can't imagine doing what I have to do and then getting sued.

That is a nightmare...my heart goes out to that poor provider. She did the right thing, absolutely no question about it. I can't stand that this happened to her...is anyone willing to start a GoFundMe account for her? I'd happily donate.

I can start one question is how do we get it to her in the end? Does it have to go through my bank account? I would rather not have to do accounting on it just it go into the go fund me and then right to her. And if we figure that out, everyone here that wants to can promote it right?

OH great! Thanks I will pass this along. If this happens to one provider it will soon happen to others if we don't take a stand.

I'm that Canadianlady and I just wanted to say thanks for all your support and I urge you to look closely at the laws in your province/ state to see if reasonable grounds is up to interpretation. If so I urge you all to fight to change that and ask for an actual definition and what constitutes reasonable grounds.

Here is the latest link aired from today. Once again your support words if encouragement mean so much.
