Yeah. Dcg arrived this morning and I was very confused. She's only Monday - Thursday. Her mom goes "it's not Friday yet. Sorry." lol.

Oh yes! We've had lot of rain this week so the back yard is a huge mud puddle. Normally I would take the kiddos for a walk around the neighborhood when it's too muddy. But Sunday I fell off the steps of my travel trailer and sprained both ankles! So a walk is out too. Happily the ankles are much improved this morning but still not going to go out and walk.
Got to get healed up because X Games are coming to my town next weekend and I know I will be doing a lot of walking around then.

Yep! Usually Thursdays are my ALMOST THERE 2nd WIND day. Not today.
Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back. I am replacing the 16m old dcb. This morning he made it 5 minutes after breakfast before I put him in the pack and play to separate him after trying to bite dcg 13m.
So done.

Too much sass in the house, I've been battling it all week. Everyone went down for a nap early today. There..., I fixed it!

omg yes!!!! Even dcm who doesn't work/come on fridays said this sure didn't feel like a 3 day week!! the only bright spot is kids are still in "holiday weekend hangover" mode and have been sleeping well at nap time!

OMG yes. It has been a VERY rough week for me/the kids. Nobody kept a schedule, decent food, naps or discipline up over the weekend. All of my kids are older 2-5 and it has taken them DAYS for me to get them back on track. With a light schedule, lots of reminders, lots more time outs/breaks and even a short (educational!) video.
I'd say I cannot wait until Friday, but then they will be back to normal, and I have to restart the process (hopefully not as bad...) on Monday.

This week feels the same to me only because DH worked Saturday and had Monday off, so it was still a 2 day weekend for him. However next week will seem to drag as my last three weeks have all been altered in some way from the normal schedule !

This has been the week from you know where! I swear people must think my house is the house of horrors. I have a dcb that has been screaming and crying over everything and ds wants to scream at nap. Ugh!

Seriously. DCG 11 months has been a treasure. 
She's always been a screamer baby, and apparently learned a new, somehow louder scream over the holiday weekend.
Oh, and of course was held for five days straight, which means screaming so hard she almost made herself throw up when I laid her down for nap.
Fun times!
