This is driving me crazy....I have a 2.5 yo dcb who when he wants my attention, or is calling to me he will yell "HEY".
He does not have very good verbal skills, but this is driving me crazy. All day long....HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!!!! (insert very loud scream) LOL

I had one who did that... So when I was sure they could say my name I would make a point if not answering until they called me corectly... It didn't take long!!
