I have a beautiful home in Asheville, North Carolina that used to be a Bed & Breakfast - I recently built a smaller building behind the big house with a couple of class rooms - The land is beautiful and there is lots of it. This is a very special place - I think that it should be some sort of learning center or child care center - it would be perfect. It is currently for sale however I am offering the opportunity for someone to start their own business their - they could lease it, we could make buying arrangements if you like.
